I stayed at Retreat Seaside for a week while exploring and taking tours in Vanuatu. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in a quiet part of town but still close to the museum and a short walk from the center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice and information. The owners made me feel like family, including me in local activities and even organizing a fantastic birthday celebration for me. The welcome pack in the room was a nice touch, and the 24/7 pool with its colorful lights was a great bonus. The bar served tasty food and drinks at reasonable prices, and the owner even left out the TV remote for me to watch the World Cup Final at 2 am.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a room with an incredible view of the water and surroundings. The shared bathrooms were always spotless and had excellent showers. The staff were friendly and offered recommendations for restaurants in the area. The property also had a nice pool to relax by.

But the prices were a bit higher than other hotels in the area.

Breakfast selection could be improved with the addition of an indoor communal table and chairs next to the shared kitchenette, providing a more convenient and social space for guests to enjoy their meals and interact with each other.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were super friendly and personable, and the hotel was clean with fantastic facilities. We particularly loved the comfortable beds and reliable wifi. The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore this beautiful city.

Everything is what we need and want.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to all the attractions. the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. the view of the beach from the hotel was breathtaking. the restaurant served amazing food and we loved the variety of options on the menu.

The noise level was excessive at night, with barking dogs and noisy chickens breaching the peace of the place. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and almost non-existent in the rooms.

The hotel had a good location and was easy to find. The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly. the hotel had a nice pool area that was well-maintained and refreshing to swim in.

The breakfast provided was not of good quality. The fruit was not fresh, and there were no options to prepare a meal yourself.
